Natalie UK based Spot Blue, a specialist in buying and selling property in Turkey, has won the category of “Real Estate Agency Website – Turkey” at the 2012-2013 European Property Awards.
The accolade for www.spotblue.com was announced at a prestigious event at the London Marriott Hotel on Monday, 24th September. The European Property Awards are part of the long established International Property Awards, which are highly regarded throughout the global property industry.
Spot Blue is a family business run by David Walker and his son Julian, who together have over 20 years of experience in the overseas property sector. In October 2009, Spot Blue became the first UK based Turkish property agency to run due diligence reports on developers before deciding to work with them. Spot Blue’s company reports check not only that a developer is legally registered, but also when it was registered, who its directors – past and present – and senior staff are, its development history and completion status, and its annual profits.
